At Le Jardin d'hiver, an organic restaurant in Brest, we've chosen to work with the Ferme de Penhuil to make our desserts even better with artisanal, organic ice creams made directly on the farm.


An organic farm that respects nature


Nestling in the heart of the Breton countryside in Lannédern, Ferme de Penhuil is a family-run organic dairy farm as well as a laboratory for processing milk into ice cream and ice cream cakes.

Since 2014, the farm's owners have decided to switch their production to organic in order to offer healthy, environmentally-friendly products.

The farm's 80 cows are grass-fed almost all year round, enabling them to produce rich, high-quality milk.


Artisanal and organic ice creams produced directly on the farm


Penhuil farm transforms part of its milk production into delicious organic ice cream.

They are made on the farm using traditional methods, using fresh produce and no additives.

There are over 12 flavours to choose from, to delight every sweet tooth: vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, lemon, caramel, banana, blood orange, etc.
